Content: · All text, graphics, images, and media available on our website.· Blog posts, guides, and promotional materials.

These elements are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.2.2 Clear Distinction of RightsWhile MobilX.ai retains ownership of its platform, branding, and other proprietary elements, this agreement does not affect your ownership of:

· Any user-generated content you provide.· Mobile screen layouts, designs, or configurations generated through our Services.· Custom modifications or derivative works created using our platform.· Your own code, business logic, or application structure developed independently of our Services.

2.3 Usage RightsYou may freely:

· Use, modify, and distribute the AI-generated screen designs.· Adapt or incorporate generated screens into your mobile applications.· Commercialize applications built using our Services.· Open source or otherwise share your implementations without any attribution requirement to MobilX.ai.

There are no royalties or licensing fees owed to MobilX.ai for the use or distribution of the generated outputs.3. Data Usage, Training, and Service Improvement3.1 Service Improvement and AI TrainingYour interactions with our Services, including the AI-generated screen designs and usage patterns, may be analyzed to:

· Refine and improve our AI algorithms.· Enhance the accuracy and relevance of generated mobile screen layouts.· Optimize overall service performance and reliability.· Identify and resolve technical issues.

3.2 Support and Operational UsesWe also use collected data to:

· Provide responsive technical support.· Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability.· Develop internal reports and analytics for continuous improvement.

3.3 Enterprise ConsiderationsFor enterprise or custom plans:

· We may offer enhanced data protection and control.· Specific data usage arrangements will be outlined in separate agreements.· Data provided by enterprise customers will not be used for AI training without explicit consent.

3.4 Data Retention and Management

· Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above.· You may request data deletion in accordance with our data retention policies.· Certain information may be retained to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

4. User Accounts and Content4.1 Account Creation and Management

5. Services and Pricing5.1 Plans and Usage Limits

· Free Plan: No generations for free plan.· Pro Plans: Details are available at https://mobilx.ai/pricing.· Enterprise Plans: Details are available at https://mobilx.ai/pricing.

Usage limits reset at the start of each billing period, and we reserve the right to modify our plans and pricing at any time.5.2 Support Services

· Support is provided to subscribers of designated plans.· For support inquiries, please contact us at support@mobilx.ai.· Support is limited to issues directly related to the Services and does not include debugging of applications built with the generated screens.

5.3 Subscription and Payment Terms

· Our Services are subscription-based with recurring billing.· Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.· Payments are non-refundable except in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges, at our sole discretion.

5.4 Service Delivery and Cancellation

· Access to MobilX.ai is provided immediately upon successful payment.· In the event of cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.· Unused credits or allowances will expire at the end of the subscription period.

6. Digital Service NoticeAs a provider of digital services, all sales are final. Traditional return policies do not apply unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms.7. DMCA ComplianceWe respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
If you believe your copyright has been infringed:

· Provide identification of the copyrighted work.· Specify the allegedly infringing material.· Include your contact information and a statement of good faith.· Send your notice to support@mobilx.ai.

8. Prohibited UsesYou agree not to:

9. Promotions and Feedback9.1 PromotionsAny promotions, contests, or sweepstakes offered by MobilX.ai may be subject to additional terms and conditions.9.2 User Feedback

· We welcome your feedback and suggestions.· By providing feedback, you grant MobilX.ai a perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use your input.· No compensation will be provided for feedback implemented by MobilX.ai.

10. Disclaimer of WarrantiesYOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT AND AI-GENERATED SCREEN DESIGNS, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOBILX.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.11. Limitation of LiabilityIN NO EVENT SHALL MOBILX.AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.12. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless MobilX.ai, including its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
